In force from 05.10.2026 to 11.10.2026: it governs the purchases made in that period, and renewals of subscriptions started in it. Those checkouts did not ask for the withdrawal waiver, so EU and EEA buyers of them keep the full 14 days.

In force from 11.10.2026 to 16.10.2026: it governs every purchase and every refund decision made in that period. Revision 1.2 adds, to section 4.1, that using the program or the free AI trial confirms the licence has been delivered and accepted, and adds the trial's exhaustion to section 5's list of what is not a ground for a refund — clarifications of what was already true, so they apply to a decision made from 16.10.2026 regardless of when the purchase happened. Sections 2.1 and 2.2 (the withdrawal waiver) are unchanged.

In force from 05.10.2026 to 24.10.2026, when revision 2.1 takes effect — except section 4.5 for a purchase made through a payment page that showed the withdrawal-waiver box (from 11.10.2026), which section 4.5 of revision 2.1 governs. Every other purchase made in that period keeps the full 14 days where the law gives them.

Published 10.10.2026 to take effect on 24.10.2026, and never in force: replaced on 11.10.2026, before that date, by revision 2.1, which replaces §4.5 and the last sentence of §11.3, adds §11.4, and keeps everything else. It governed no purchase.
